Refund Policy:

As of now (18/11/24) Eden’s Box is a branch of Young Enterprise.

Our business model allows a customer to choose from a selection of products that we have bought and stocked to purchase or choose our base selection of products called ‘Eden’s Pick’.

· We will include a customer care policy in every one of your purchases and it is available on our website.
· Products, being a personalised box or Eden's pick, purchased online have a 14 - day return policy
· A full refund for products bought online (excluding delivery and postage back to us) will be issued for the price that the customer bought the product for


To come into effect when monthly subscription is set up:
· Customers will be charged to an agreed-upon price for an agreed upon product monthly.
· We will adhere to UK e-commerce laws
· Refunds for subscriptions will not be offered
· Customers will need to give 2 months notice to cancel
